Introduction:
KZJ-1 Automatic Carton Packing Machine is an improved packing machine. It is equipped with motion controller + mechanical arm to make the progress smoothly. The capacity is 30% increased than normal machine. This machine is suitable for automatic bottle packing with finished carton. It makes automatic secondary packaging to reality and can be used for automatic bottle production in food, daily chemical, medicine, agrochemical industry.
Features:
1. Cost Saving: Manual saving and increasing the production efficiency. It can replace 2-3 packing workers.
2. Wide Applied Range: It is suitable for packing materials such as plastic, glass, aluminum bottles and box.
3. Double servo drive mechanical catcher+imported brand motion controller to make the progress smoothly. The capacity is 30% increased than normal machine.
4. Quick Change-over: You can change the bottle size by changing different packing mold (bottle catcher, sucking disc, holder). You need to provide bottles, caps and cartons for us to make the packing mold.
5. Safety door switch added. The machine will be stop when the door opens to make sure the safety of workers and machine.
6. Equipped with imported system+ Schneider electrical components. Higher capacity and machine is more stable.
